Even the most well-maintained vehicles eventually need repair. From a simple light bulb replacement to a complex head gasket job, we have you covered! All of our technicians are ASE-certified, and take great pride in their work.

As mandated by Wisconsin state law (Chapter ATCP 132), we require a signed work order before we begin repairs if the vehicle is dropped off in person.
 

​What We Charge

​

• Our hourly labor rate is $100.00

• Shop supplies is 3%, with a max of $12.75

• We do not extend credit - payment is expected at time of service

Our Warranty

• 6 months/6,000 miles, whichever comes first

• No warranty on used/junkyard parts

• Warranty work at this shop location only

• We reserve the right to refuse service on any vehicle for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you'll be asked to reschedule

• We do not install customer-supplied parts

GENERAL POLICIES

What is ASE?

ASE stands for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, which is an independent and non-profit organization whose goal is to promote excellence in the automotive industry. Established in 1972, it is considered the national standard for automotive technicians. A technician can get ASE credentials if they pass at least one certification test (which much be retaken every five years) and have sufficient experience.
